Right amount of new age, comfortable and perfectly located!

The room was very comfortable, had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and polite. The 24/7 room service and mini bar was a nice bonus. Great to have a playlist in the shower! Everything was great!

Everything was perfect: location close to Prado museum and very lively, but still inside. Nice breakfast, with an option to order eggs at the table. Top!

My room was decorated in very impressive industrial design, with a cool vanity table. A bathroom had a big douche cabin and all necessary items.

Property was well looked after and clean and everything was in great condition.

Location was incredible, the attention to detail and the customer service was just deluxe!! Not even get me started with the room itself! So beautiful! Will definitely stay again!

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the place was very clean and quiet, and the bed was amazingly comfy! We slept so well. The shower was big enough to be comfy and the room had enough shelves for organizing our things.

The bes accomodation I have ever had. Its on fantastic location - just oposit of Prado museum, near Gran Via, near Porta del Sol, near El Retiro park. Everything is clean, everything is new. Great selection of tea and coffee. Easy to check in and check out. Great hair dryer - real one, which make my long hair dry in few minutes. TV, Netflix, everything. I felt safe and wonderful, I would aleays pick this accomodation in Madrid.

Helpful staff, location, room with city view and sunlight

All good, shower water was stinging my eyes, besides that it was a cosy place.

I had a single room with an outside terrace, and compared to a standard hotel room this was amazing. The outdoor area was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the Botanical Gardens. The location is right outside Atocha station and close to iconic museums (Prado, Reina Sofia, Caixa Forum) and parks. The 24 hour express bus to the airport is a 20 minute walk away.

Loved the room. It was beautiful and spacious. I like wearing linen and was so happy to find a steamer in a drawer. The hotel breakfast is perfect and fresh, loved the bar as well and if I had more time I would order another meal in the hotel restaurant. Attentive and helpful staff.
