Great location, friendly staff, the room is big and clean

Location and its perfect for traveling to other cities since the Train Station Atocha is walking distance. Second places to eat nearby. Feels safe at all times. One of the best thing the hotel had is Air Conditioning if you are traveling during month July and August not all the places in Spain had that it is a must if you are considering traveling on those dates.

Location was incredible, the attention to detail and the customer service was just deluxe!! Not even get me started with the room itself! So beautiful! Will definitely stay again!

Good location, big rooms, nice friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, there was no noise from the street, we could sleep with open windows though the hotel is very close for all popular sightseeing places

Brilliant location, a metro station 2 mins walk and bars and food options everywhere! Check in and other hotel staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were great value for the price - comfortable beds with awesome decor and a great shower.

Location is perfect! View of Atocha impressive facade and the ministry of agriculture! Literally 10 metres from the metro station! Taxi station outside the door! Some of the best restaurants are in the area! Reina Sofia is next door! Retiro and Prado just 500 metres! Beat choice!!!

Good location/safe neighborhood (2 metro stops within 5 min of hotel); room clean, comfortable and quiet; all staff very kind and friendly: most importantly they let me check in much earlier than check-in time after a red eye flight so I could sleep. And the value was great! A definite recommend.

The hotel located across the street from botanical gardens and the Prada museum. Within a 10 min. walk are many restaurants, tapas bars and shopping.

My train was cancelled so I have to stay in Madrid one night. This hotel is located in very convenient position. I wanted to buy a bottle of water late at night but didn’t have any cash, and the vending machine only accepted cash. A very kind female staff member helped me buy the water instead. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help.

Love everything about the hotel. The location is great, near Atocha station, El Retiro park and all the galleries. Breakfast is wonderful with a great selection. Best of all are the staff, so friendly and helpful.

Nice minimalistic room, clean, comfortable. Actually, quite admirable how they managed to put everything necessary into so compact space. Receptionists were very friendly.

Excellent location! The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the train terminal, making it incredibly convenient. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The on-site restaurant is fantastic, offering a delicious breakfast with an impressive variety of options. The staff continuously replenish the buffet, ensuring everything is fresh and available. They also have four or five coffee machines, allowing you to prepare your coffee just the way you like it—and enjoy as many cups as you want! I also had dinner at a different restaurant within the hotel, and it was equally impressive. The food was flavorful, and the wine selection was excellent, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience

A very cosy boutique hotel. Excellent location, right opposite from Prado Museum, in the heart of Madrid. Very helpful and polite staff. Clean and comfortable room, spacious and clean bathroom.

it was a beautiful spot, we got an upgrade by the lovely girl on reception, rooms were fabulous and the breakfast was one of the best we ever had.
