Lovely staff, super clean property, with lots of sweet finishes, excellent breakfast and nice smelling soap! We had a really rough day of flight cancellations, and it was such a relief to come here and be greeted so warmly. The man at the reception was so kind to us. Thank you! So close to the airport too.

The facilities are very nice, the room comfortable, very comfortable bed, the restaurant is also very nice and the breakfast is 10/10. Airport shuttle worked nicely. Good service overall as well.

We like the location,the breakfast,it was extremely clean. Close to metro station(Barajas) and good position for transit(T1,2,3 and also T4). supermarkets arround and many bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again!
