They upgraded me to a suite for no apparent reason, which made my stay extra-comfortable. The location is ideal. Everything is run smoothly. Breakfast was healthy and varied, delicious. Staff were all very helpful.

I was too, too happy with the location. It is a very clean and quaint hotel. Lovely clean hotel! Good house keeping, beds and pillows supper comfortable. Was nice and quiet at night. Rooms nice and warm. Breakfast was ok, small selection but perfectly fresh. Location very good. Little bit of noise from outside of hotel but not to bad. Hotel is a very good standard.

Location was great. It was very clean and comfortable

convenient location, had everything we need for our 3 night stay

The aesthetics of the place are very unique, you get the feeling, as if you were on an island in a cozy space, for the price I loved it , nice and helpful staff

Cozy room, but Super Clean, Location is 10/10, good Stuff and Perfect breakfast

Location is great. It is nearby Puerta de Sol.

Everything, the location is insane. In Plaza de Espania, 1 min from metro, right in the heart of Madrid, restaurants, shopping areas next to the hotel. The room is confortable, with a small kitchen, very clean. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can have a la carte dish with great prices.

Breakfast was perfect. Location just as I could dreamed about.

The position in the city center has allowed to reach the most important attractions in few time. The hotel is very nice and very cleaned. The staff gentle and available for any request

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, kind and helpful personnel.

Localização, conforto e limpeza dos quartos, staff atencioso.

The location is amazing, the beds and lining wow!

The perfect hotel with traditional style. I always visit this hotel since 1989. It is recently renovated, with clean rooms and very good service. The metro station in 3 minutes walk. Around the hotel you can find everything, restaurants, cafès, super- market and Corte Iglès.

Value for money. Location. Staff. Whenever possible I stay in the Avenida Gran Via hotel.

Great location, very clean, comfy bed, no complaints.
