The staff went above and beyond helping us . Breakfast was really excellent Hotel is in a great position on a pedestrian street (but with access for taxis ) with lots of restaurants and close to major attractions and the old town . Rooms were a good size and lots of space in the bathrooms

We had a great stay at the hotel Líbere Madrid Palacio Real and I highly recommend it! What impressed me the most was the automatic check-in and check-out system, which is incredibly convenient and fast. In a few clicks, everything was settled, without having to wait at a réception. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Madrid city center, close to major attractions such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. This allows you to discover the city on foot, which is a huge advantage. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a quiet environment, ideal for resting after a busy day. The facilities are modern and well thought out. The rooms are impeccable, with a contemporary design and all the necessary comfort. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, which show the care taken for the well-being of customers. If you are looking for a convenient hotel, well located and offering a smooth and stress-free experience, the Líbere Madrid Palacio Real is an excellent choice. The staff were amazing! Friendly young and buzzy!! Their English was really good 👍 the room was super quirky (in a modern way) and we had a big space!! Serviced everyday ( i think as soon as we left the building!) The young man on the entrance way was friendly and helpful. Luis in the bar was great!!!
