Stylish hotel with spacious rooms. Really friendly and hospitable staff - I was traveling with 7 years old twins and got an extra bed free of charge. Room had coffee and tea making facilities, bathroom was really nice with softest towels possible. Really good breakfast - great selection of fruits and pastry as well as hot dishes and local delicacies (fuet, cheese, pa amb tomaquet). They even serve cava. We stayed 2 nights as we arrived late on the day of arrival and left very early in the morning last day. BAH proved to be a good base for our short stay - very close to airport but also relatively close (about 800 meters) to Mas Blau metro station. The metro ride to the very center of Barcelona took about 45 minutes. Free shuttle bus proved to be really nice and useful. We used it both for arriving and leaving.

In the terminal1, very easy to walk to the check in. An easy place to sleep between flights or if you have an early flight. The staff was very helpful and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a good continental one.
