The hotel design, the breakfast and the bar. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the best neighborhood of Madrid, facing the biggest park Retiro, which allowed us to have a walk every morning.

The hotel located across the street from botanical gardens and the Prada museum. Within a 10 min. walk are many restaurants, tapas bars and shopping.

Excellent location in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of the Prado Museum, Retiro Park and many restaurants and cafés. The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet despite being so central. Communication was easy and the staff were very helpful, especially with luggage storage after check-out.

Great location with small children, the Retiro Park is in front of the hotel. The family room is spacious and quiet, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, they offer everything and there are gluten free, dairy free , even vegan options, although we eat everything I just could not miss to realize it. The staff is friendly and absolutely is willing to help when is needed. Next time in Madrid we will return here.

Hotel is super clean with extremely kind and helpful staff. It is located in quiet area near the Retiro Park and is roughly 30-40 minute walk from city center. If you don't prefer to walk metro and bus stops are nearby the hotel. It is definitely hotel that I would stay again at.

The hotel is located in a quit residential area with good connection to the city centre (metro, buses). We had a spacious room with a large and comfortable bed.
