Hotels near Pacífico Metro Station, Madrid

My room was decorated in very impressive industrial design, with a cool vanity table. A bathroom had a big douche cabin and all necessary items.

Property was well looked after and clean and everything was in great condition.

The room was very comfortable, had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and polite. The 24/7 room service and mini bar was a nice bonus. Great to have a playlist in the shower! Everything was great!

Right amount of new age, comfortable and perfectly located!

Everything was perfect: location close to Prado museum and very lively, but still inside. Nice breakfast, with an option to order eggs at the table. Top!

It is exactly how i thought it would be. I took photos to write a review and i really loved the quality of service, the breakfast had all i needed, also the spanish potato omlette, their walnuts were really good quality and delicious. I eat walnuts almost everymorning and i also buy very good quality ones, however theirs was very tasty. Their cheese was fresh and also very good quality. Everything was very good quality. The servicec the staff. I had read so many reviews about so many hotels, my regular hotel was full so it was impossible to choose, i was afraid of AC’s bot working or not having hot water, as some travellers have written in some reviews of other hotels. There is nothing worse than paying for a hotel that brings in frustration. However i loved it. My room also had a balcony that i didnt know and i wished it did and i was so happy when it was unexpectedly a small balcony where i can open the window. I opened to hear the wind and the trees. It was a good stay.

Location was incredible, the attention to detail and the customer service was just deluxe!! Not even get me started with the room itself! So beautiful! Will definitely stay again!

We stayed for 2 nights whilst passing through Madrid. The location is fantastic, right on the edge of Parque El Retiro. The staff were super helpful, we have 2 young kids and had a lot of bags, so we were a little all over the place and staff helped out a lot and arranged an early check in for us.

everything was cool, the location, value for money, the staff was brilliant, especially Nadia and Laura, who welcomed us every morning with positive attitude and smile. the towels were changed every day.

Location near metro and shops, 10 mins away from the centre. Very comfortable beds. AC with heating which was very useful during our stay (around 5-10 °C outside). Shower with hot water and good water pressure. Access was very easy - we were sent links via email for opening the building door and door to our room - worked instantly with no problem.

I like to express my gratitude to Eduardo, he was very nice and helpful, he when the extra mile, and his customers service is excellent. Thanks to Eduardo.

Amazing price. I got all I needed for one person. Breakfast was 10€ per day if I wanted and staff were very kind and hospitable, especially lady in the kitchen serving coffee. Metro station Legazpi is 200m from hotel but if you're ambitious enough you can take a walk and be in the city centre in 45 minutes. Truth to be told it's not a luxury hotel nor it has any special amenities but for that price it deserves 10.0

All good, shower water was stinging my eyes, besides that it was a cosy place.

We loved it all! A wonderful place to stay, good location, great amenities.

My friend enjoyed his stay and I"m grateful. Thanks.

Friendly staff central location. Room look great after room service each day.

Rooms were spacial and bathroom was awesome!

Helpful staff, location, room with city view and sunlight

It was in good location and everything was renovated and clean. The rooms were soundproofed.

Location was great, good AC, staff were wonderful

It’s a bit further away from the centre but public transport were available nearby. Hotel were clean and beautiful. The most important thing also the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when Im back to Madrid.

Location, breakfast, and great service.

Clean property with all the necessary amenities. The room was big enough for a solo traveller, might’ve been tight for a couple.
