The hotel was quiet and in a very good location, right in the city center on Gran Via, the main street. It was a great experience, and if I have the opportunity to travel to Zaragoza again, I will stay at the same hotel.

The reception staff was outstandingly accomodating. Our youngest son required medical attention following a bad fall and they took care of all the logistics vs. the insurance company and the hospital at once.
