Location is really amazing for all kind of purposes. The room is very comfortable. Queen bed is not really a queen there are two individual beds (two mattress together). Very nice decor. Very nice view. Great isolation from noise coming from the street (Gran Via is a very busy avenue).

This is a good 4* hotel on a prime location in Madrid: - BIG & comfortable bed - decent pillows (maybe combo with hard / soft one would be better) - quick check-in process - friendly staff - cool rooftop - great location - decent soundproof from the inside (hallway), great from the outside - there was plenty of space in the room - multiple options to store your things (2 big wardrobes) - classic (NO anti-theft) cloth-hangers - brushing teeth tools available - scale is there too (to weight yourself) - shower has good drainage & preassure - shower itself is REALLY big ! - effective control of the heating / cooling system & temperature in the room - breakfast has lots of options and it's delicious too
