Beautiful rooms, staff were really welcoming, leisure facilities fantastic. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.

It is very good hotel. My room was very nice. I was very surprised when I saw the sauna in the bathroom and I used it immediately. It was very clean. I would like to thank the hotel staff for the welcome treats placed in my room. The location is within walking distance to everywhere and the furnishings selected in the rooms are of very high quality. The variety of coffees, hot chocolates and minibars was very good. The bed in particular was very comfortable and I fell asleep instantly. The view from the room given to me was great and I saw Aurora in the evening. Thanks for everything.

Sauna inside room and breakfast

Excellent stay, room is big and clean. Breakfast and dinner was great. We was so lucky during the stay can see northern light

Very well located, very easy to go to Levi and airport by 6 minutes.

Location is just perfect , very nice view and easy accessible to center via condola 9euro per day , buy from hotel front desk Staff very nice and helpful , breakfast is tasty

The pools are exactly like described we were amazed by the jacuzzi outside with the snowy scenery as view it was wonderful and so worth it

Location! Spacious room and own sauna

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

The hotel was very nice, the sauna the rooms the environment. 5mins walking to grocery , and 2mins to cross country ski, the bus stand that carry you to the city is just 2 mins walking distance.

It’s a cozy and beautiful stay. Not crowded and also staffs are nice.

A splendid dinner with view on a winter wonder land snow landscape, falling asleep with the northern lights seen (there is even an app to warn you when they are out!), waking up "in the middle" of the snow landscape from a warm bed, great omelet breakfast,... Yes, this is a great place to experience the north of Finland, from a "glass igloo".
