Fantastic food, good location next to bus for Chamonix and convenient to Les Houches

The staff are all very friendly, hard-working and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are great, and there is always a relaxed energy in those areas. Live music is a real bonus, as is the daily Happy Hour. The hotel is well-equipped for a ski holiday, with on-site ski shop and free lockers. Buffet breakfast is also great. The hotel has a distinct and fun brand/vibe, which is consistent and has been well thought-out, and differentiates it from most other hotels.

Conveniently located near to chamonix, not central but good enough. Clean and unique looking rooms, great for small family with kids and bachelors.

Good breakfast, good dinner, no-frills hotel and room, but perfect for our stay: we needed a good base for our hikes in the mountains around.

Lovely small family run hotel. Basic but clean and friendly and good value for money. 10min walk to the town on a pavement or bus stop outside (free ski bus every 30min ish). Enjoyed the walk but good to have a bus option. Great continental breakfast for 10 euros with plenty of choice. Would happily stay again. The bus takes you to bottom of the gondola (slopes) in about 20min and was easy to do. If you prefer to walk it, pavement all the way and it was a nice walk through the town.

Food was great! I have difficult dietary and the chefs were really good at accommodating. Breakfast there was a great choice. Staff were really friendly and helpful!!

The location was really convenient, the decor very tasteful, the hotel very clean, the spa and swimming place was really beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff was always very nice and accommodating.

Bust stop just across the street. Mountain view room. Beautiful lake nearby. 15mnt bus ride to center. Breakfast all you can eat even only bread,madeline and cereal. Coffee machine free all you can drink. Bathroom a bit small. No elevator, a bit hassle when you brought big luggage. But still I recommend

Perfect location, wonderful staff, cosy rooms and lovely breakfast. Loved the books and lego models everywhere.

Location is excellent. The person at the reception is exceptionally welcoming. He explained to us all the possible things we could do and gave is tips for restaurants and so on. There was a misunderstanding in the booking about having 2 individual beds and he accommodated our request very quick. A big thanks. The breakfast is also very good!

Excellent buffet breakfast, which included the ability to make a pack up lunch. Bags and boxes provided for this.

Amazing view to Mont Blanc abd very clean and renovated

The location is spectacular, with a privileged view of the mountains, even in summer. The staff is super friendly and attentive, the room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is of excellent quality. I tried some dishes from room service and also liked them a lot.
