This is NOT a 5 star Luxury Hotel. No, valet, no international tv station, no evening turn-down , bathroom not clean, previous guests items on bedside table, no help with bags, door opens on kitchen and toilet, lobby full of event guests. Noisy and smells from kitchen (fish) in the room.
