The pool is good and the rooms is also very good clean and very nice.

I rarely give reviews but this hotel and it's staff deserve the best possible review. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, the attention to all details is remarkable but what stood up the most was the friendliness and kindness of the staff, it was above and beyond. I'd like to give a special mention to Sadani and Leo, they went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable and took care of all our needs. It was my wife's birthday and they made sure it was a special night for her. Definitely one of the best experiences of our lives. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Paris, highly recommended! Thank you Sadani and Leo, and also to all other members of the staff!

Maison mere has its own soul, you feel the unique atmosphere, the decor objects reflects the unique taste of designer Staff are very helpful, kind, make little surprises to make your stay unforgettable

The hotel is beautiful - everything is clean and bright and aesthetically pleasing! The staff were so, so lovely - even before we set foot inside they were there helping us. Our room was stunning, we loved everything about it - I was especially pleased to see a steamer to steam iron our clothes as opposed to the old iron and ironing board. I was also happy to see a laundromat right across the road. It is in a perfect location - about halfway between Gare du Nord and Galeries Lafayette. Both are walkable from the hotel. Unfortunately for us, this was our last hotel before flying home and we only spent one night here after coming back to Paris from London. We will definitely have to come back!

Amazing location easy access, friendly staff

The hotel is on Lafayette, very close to the Opera Garnier. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room is very nice and the beds are very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and magnificently professional. I haven't experienced such good customer service in hospitality since before COVID. For this reason alone, it makes the hotel a massive bonus to any type of traveller.

Really well located, close to metro station and nice areas. The hotel and the room were clean and beautiful.

Breakfast was excellent. The front desk man at night was super nice, and both front desk women were helpful for us. They helped with English and we tried our French in the hotel for the first time as we started our vacation. Many thanks.

Right as we got in we were greeted by helpful staff, that not only allowed us to check in earlier, but explained how easy we could go to the places we wanted to visit We got great recommendations of restaurants and we're glad they offered the suggestions. Nice clean room, with enough room to store the luggage and clothes The bathroom was small, but enjoyable I'd stay there again

Location was very convenient to Gare Du Nord which worked well for a quick trip. Montmarte was close and Rue La Fayette and nearby streets had restaurants, cafes, and patisseries to explore.

Staff very friendly, very welcoming. Ali from the night service was excellent and greatly helped out with several special requests.
