All the staff was exceptionally genuinely nice & very professional. It could not have been better. The ambiente was wonderful, even the background music during breakfast was perfect. And I loved the smell in the rooms.

The location was simply perfect: in a quiet side street in the middle of a pleasant, lively and not very touristy district, and yet within easy walking distance of many sights (Pantheon, Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Place de Voges etc.). We also liked the beautiful view from the street-facing room and from the roof terrace, the tasteful and individual furnishings -- and the pool. My son and I felt very safe in this relaxed atmosphere.

I loved everything about this hotel. I believe it’s a beautiful blend between modern and French style. The room has little cute things to discover, everything in the room is so well throughout, they even had a speaker 😍. There is a cafe right at the reception and a beautiful music studio downstairs. The receptionist Wendy was so kind and helpful, she even helped me carry my luggage to my Uber, something I hardly came across in France. The bathroom was beautiful and very clean. Everything was. Truly truly well throughout. Of course it’s petit, but it’s Paris 😍

Iconic hotel by Notre-Dam de Paris, lovely view of the cathedral from our window and such friendly people managing the hotel. Small but very cozy room, we definitely enjoy our stay at Esmeralda Hotel.

Very nice hotel, really beautiful room. We had a corner one with 2 big windows overlooking the street. Very quiet! Comfortable bed and bathroom. Good airconditioning. Great location a few minutes from metro station and Notre Dame.

Right opposite Notre-Dame, this is a great place to stay in Paris. My room had a great view of the Seine river and the Notre-Dame cathedral. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The handheld shower in the bathtub takes time getting used to, but wasn't much of an inconvenience. The area is right where all the action is. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were fantastic. So helpful and made me feel at home. Location is wonderful, right next to st michel metro and 10 min walk to Louvre.

Location of the hotel was just perfect, good breakfast, rooms were very clean and the personal was changing towels every day if needed. Metro was just a few steps from the hotel. It is just across Notr-Dam and short walk to Louvre museum or Musee d'Orsey. Staff was very kind and helpfull, good atmoshere, but the ladies in the kitchen stole the show. I am going to book this hotel nex time when in Paris. This is a very vibrant area and there is a lot of fine bistro's and restaurants. Our recommendation is Oyster-Producer Ostra.

There were also a gifts from the hotel the bottle of wine and a cute souvenir. It's these small, thoughtful touches that truly make a stay memorable and create a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a truly good experience. The central location, friendly staff, and spacious room. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring the Paris.
