As a frequent traveller, also to Paris, it was a very, very positive surprise. The staff, the caring, the manager: extraordinary. They helped me in many ways, always taking the perspective of the guest. I hardly ever write reviews. But this has to be known. Very much in contrast with other experiences in Paris or Athens.

Everything is great! The staff is super! I will come back again and again!!

I must admit that choosing Hotel Flanelles as our destination on Paris was a great choice. The staff was super super helpful and grateful, they helped us on every single little item. They were constantly available for us and even helped us roam in the city. We have met 3 different folks in reception (including one of the managers) and all 3 went above and beyond for us. On the last day we had a very late flight back home, the staff offered us to keep our luggage and even when we came to pick it up they offered us a room so we can relax and use the bathroom. This hotel has recently been opened and I really wish it would have more reviews and presence in the internet (i know soon it will have because of the great quality they offer). There's a lot to be said for this hotel, but also just so everyone is aware if they are visiting Paris for the first time, the location where the hotel is located at has the best connections to all of city parts. The hotel is right across the busiest station in Paris (Gare du Nord). Right in the neighborhood there's plenty of bakeries, restaurant, fast food chains, and also supermarkets and tobacco shops. I'M DEFINITELY COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL WHEN IM BACK IN PARIS.

Their service was very good, at all levels, and all times of the day and night.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Ines was very welcoming on our check in and she made the process very smooth and all the information.

Location was perfect, easy to access every sightseeing in Paris. Room was clean and pretty. Staff was super helpful and kind. I can only recommend this hotel!

Location was quite far from the centre (not within walking distance) so we had to uber around a lot but that’s only because I didn’t feel confident using the Metro alone with my two children

Very central everything you needed

The owner was very helpful, answered quickly and supported us with our requests. We were very happy and had a lot of fun with the jacuzzi and the special furniture. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we did.

Perfect for a "petit escapade" and for knowing a beautiful part of Paris, without the wave of tourists You could really feel french, safe, stylish and 10 years younger. 😊 Quite a millennial feell to it. And this is mostly because of the lovely, attentive, casual , interesting chats, and funny employee like Chaim. But also the atmosphere of the hotel showed and impersonated all that feel on the simple and cosy design details. Really, really loved it. The reception man was very nice and friendly, location is central, near to metro an bus for every place in Paris.
