We had a super comfortable stay. The property is well-located, the room clean and well-equipped (even tho a bit smaller than what we were expecting but sufficiently spacious), everything went smoothly. The staff too was very welcoming and helpful.

I highly recomend to stay at this hotel. You'll be feel just like home. Is excellent to be here and in the hart of Paris.

I liked the different type of hotel, the great staff service, the clean, confortable room and the breakfast. I only wish I was able to take the cruise but my timing did not allow for it. I did not take the box in the room as I wasn't told by the staff if I could. Was it mine to take?

The staff at the reception was exceptional. I can’t remember their names but the Mauritian girl and her colleague were just too friendly. Thank you for taking care of my bags and prepared them for me. Honestly outstanding service.

Very central position, just near the Bercy park

I had no problems at all in this hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious enough and clean; the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few meters away there is a supermarket open until 10 pm; metro stops a five minute walk and also the Gare de Lyon can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes unless you have very heavy luggage (the Flixbus Bercy stop is even closer.) The receptionist with whom I checked in and out was very very friendly. Thank you guy, say hello to Elliott from me. :-)

Close to train station and gets us to anywhere in Paris quickly, staff was friendly and helped out with our questions. Had 24hr receptionist which helped us as well.

All the staff are very kind and everything was very tidy and clean. The breakfast was good. I just found the room small, I thought from the photos it was a little bigger, the location is ok, a little far from the center but we were able to do everything we wanted as there were metro stations nearby. Overall it was perfect.

Staff, staff, staff!!! Amazing people, very helpful! The Croatian lady was very nice, helped us to get used to the Paris metro! Our flight was early in the morning, and the receptionist wasn’t grumpy by any means, he helped us to get on time for our flight! The room was cleaned every day!

Stayed at Du Printemps for a week in September 2024 while visiting Paris for Paralympics Games & Maison+Objets, had a good experience at the hotel. ✅Comfy 🛌 for good sleep. The room size may not as ‘spacious’ as you would expect but still manageable. ✅Wonderful staff at the Hotel merci Aurelien for your kind & polite service ✅📍hotel located very close to 2 Metro line : Picpus or Nation. ✅refillable drinking water available near the staircase to rooms ✅restaurants nearby hotel or Nation metro had better price than downtown For the price am a ‘satisfied’ guest😊.
