It’s an excellent hotel which lives up to the standard of five stars. You can see that the concept is very well thought through and every small detail taken care of. The restaurant is also worth a visit. The food is exceptional and the roof top bar likewise. Highly recommend

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. We really appreciated that they kindly stored our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and offered good value for the price we paid. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again!

The staff members are all so nice and sweet, also very helpful. All my questions/requests were answered and catered to. The room was cleaned and picked up every day. They gave me new towels even though I didn't leave them on the floor. They have baggage storage if you arrive earlier or leave later than check-in/out. The location is amazing, I felt safe in the hotel and in the neighbourhood. I stayed there when it was HOT in Paris and my room was totally okay (not hot or too warm in any way). I will definitely stay here again!!!

This place just had charm by the bucket load. I loved it. The location is superb and the fact that it's in a passageway next to a shop where Toulouse-Lautrec appparently bought his walking sticks just made it for me. And the cat. We loved the cat. And the reception area. The room was clean and comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was good, the hotel itself is characterful in its old-age and charmingly old-fashioned (you get a proper key and the windows open) and they were efficient and helpful when it came to ordering a taxi. The coffee and juice at breakfast were great and the other breakfast products were decent quality. Location-wise it's really handy for the metro and it's surrounded by restaurants. We can highly recommend Friends and Family which is nearby.

Clean, spotless, and well-lit room (it looks much better than the photos). The team was responsive and kind. My friend and I felt very welcomed and safe :-)

The staff was very nice, very friendly, always willing to help on every situation, the best I found in my travels. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, cheeses, 'charcuterie', crepes, on the moment made pankakes, yougurt and seeds and toppings, eggs (mixed, boiled and fried), bacon, mushrooms, sausages, fruit, lots of jams and salads, and different kind of breads, sweet pies or cakes and 'croissants', juices and breakfast drinks. The place is great because is in front of 2 metro lines and several bus stops. In less than 20 minutes you are in every important site or atraction in Paris. A lot of restaurants and 'brasserie' and 'bouillon' and fast food dinners (french and universal) for every purse.

The service was really nice and friendly. It wasn't a problem to check I earlier. The hotel is very well located. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Perfect location near the Metro in walking distance to several attractions and lots of places to eat. The personnel of the hotel were very attentive and helped with our luggage before check-in and after check out. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Perfect stay in Paris. I'd happily return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

The beds were so comfortable! It was clean, quirky! The staff were so lovely and accommodating with helping with bookings. Nothing was ever a problem. The food was yummy and the beds were so comfortable!

Breakfast is fantastic with great variety, pleasent room with lots of natural light. Location is very good, all facilities are nice and modern, room big enough, bad very confortable, no noise, very pleasant staff. All in all, way above expectation
