I liked that it was right beside the Metro station, and everything was so clean. The personnel is very approchable and helpful, with a positive attitude. We had everything we needed, it was warm and cozy. Also coffee was refilled each morning and order got cleaned with fresh towels.

The location was perfect — very close to the metro, which made it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the great hospitality.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Heaps of choice. Metro stations were very close and easy to access. The staff were absolutely wonderful - cleaners, breakfast person, and especially the person on the front desk. Our needs were anticipated and filled before we asked. We'd just arrived from Australia, dropped off our bags and gone for a walk. Travelling with 9 and 7 year-old girls we returned to the hotel before the rooms were ready and cups of tea and coffee were brought to us. We were also offered tables and chairs on which to eat our dinner since we'd bought baguettes and cheese.

The design of the hotel is great, the room was very clean and well equipped.

How clean everything was and the room was very comfortable.

Rooms are spacious, super comfortable queen bed, good and clean shower, air conditioner with cold and hot air was really handy and easy adjust temperature we needed. Super tasty breakfast with egg boiler, freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, pastries etc. Staff were kind and helpful. This hotel was better than we expected. Location was good, there is metro station 2min distance and many shops, restaurants, cafes in the area. Location is safe, quiet and really pleasant.
