It had friendly staff that helped a newcomer to Paris. It was safe and convenient.

Everything, the location was just perfect and the staff were very helpful, especially the reception and concierge team as they did the maximum to accommodate all our requests .:) At the last day, we had a great farewell by Mr Rafael, the Hotel General Manager, who made sure that our trip was excellent at all stages Thank you soo much and for sure we will back .

It is a very good location, nice neighborhood and very kind staff.

Staffs are nice and friendly. Room is clean. Nice location, easy to travel and buy something to eat. I was worried about the stairs. Actually, there is a lift you just need to bring the luggage up for few steps.

Real gem in safe neighbourhood, very close to Eiffel Tower (like 3 minutes walk), and to many other beautiful parts of Paris so we could walk around until late night. Beds are comfortable, apartment is impeccably clean!

The location was more than perfect. The place was more than clean! And the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It was in a great location, fabulous views of the Eiffel Tower! The comfiest bed I've slept in. The sofa bed was equally as comfortable. The staff were extremely nice.

The location was great only a short walk to some great restaurants. Easy to reach the metro to get around The rooms are not huge but are quite comfortable Staff arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off from airport and train station

What a lovely little hotel, staff adorable and really helpful. Location was perfect, between Arc de Triomphe and Trocadero, Eiffel tower, lots of cafés around.
