Great location of the hotel, with an incredibly beautiful lake nearby. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a bar where you can relax in the evening, and it also has the best chef in the world, who makes the most delicious blue burgers I’ve ever had in my life🙌😉

It’s a great location - very close to the city centre but far enough to hear no noise. The breakfast buffet was also really nice.

The staff were excellent – friendly and helpful. The room was lovely as I came on an electrically assisted racing bike, I had some specific requirements , which were met completely without fuss. The restaurant – both service and food were first rate.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service - went above and beyond (even helped me to book a table for dinner at a local restaurant). Excellent decor throughout. Comfy beds, toasty during cold weather, clean and a huge room.

The setting, the style of the hotel, the communal spaces, the room in the main hotel (we've stayed in the chalet before and it was spectacular, but so are the rooms in the main hotel. Breakfast amazing.
