The staff are very well trained and friendly and have a can do attitude, which is not usual in Paris, the restaurants are hip, the outdoor courtyard is beautiful to have breakfast in. The location is also quiet and upscale.

Location is the best. Easy to reach everywhere in Paris from hotel yet it’s still calmer than busy places in Paris. Cleaning was good, even in between days. Everyone was helpful. The only thing to consider is the room is really small but especially the bathroom. It’s better to accept this and come accordingly. AC was working good.

Honestly, I was surprised how great the location is! I absolutely loved it: super central, yet not too touristic. I felt like a local! The hotel and room were great, no problems at all!

Lovely staff and always ready to accomodate us with anything we needed. The location is great, 15 minutes walking from the Arc de Triomph. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Beautiful clean room with a lovely balcony over looking the street. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice with good shower pressure. Staff were very helpful and kept our bags while we explored on our last day before our flight. Neighborhood was nice with cafes and supermarkets near by. Pont Cardinet train station was a 5 minute walk away, we used the metro to get around which was very easy to do.

How is everything clean. Room was cleaned every day and looks like we first time into room. Breakfast was delicious, very nice prepared. Room look exactly like on photos

Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Excellent value. Arc de Triomphe in walking distance. Metro very close by. Friendly welcome from staff and allowed early check-in. Great, highly recommended for a city break in Paris.
