I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional team. From the warm welcome by the staff outside the doors to the efficient reception and helpful concierge, which were at my service almost 24hr and always supported with any request, every interaction was pleasant. The frequent shuttle service to the city center was a huge plus, making it easy to explore. I also appreciated the convenience of having a ski rental store within the hotel and the seamless service to the sister hotel, which provided direct access to the ski entrance. The sauna was great

I like how things are close ! It’s near the ski slopes and the ski rent equipment And the buses are free to take me to the center ! Only a 6 mins ride ! And the staff are so welcoming and helpful and soooo polite and friendly! All of them literally! And they helped me to book for a lesson and they were so patient with my request. I think this place is soooo good for the people who wants to ski just ski and take a nap in ur hotel ! Perfect

Room and bed very comfortable. Fantastic views from well laid out balcony with nice chairs. Great shower that was easy to get in and out. Smart TV that allowed Netflix streaming. Pool and sauna was nice with views. Staff are very pleasant. Good value.

I loved the location - being able to ski in and out directly from the Refuge was amazing ! The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. Bonus points for the restaurant terrace and the food, which was amazing😉

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Les Cimes in Megève. The family room was very clean, spacious, and smelled wonderful. It was perfectly warm during the winter, which made our stay very comfortable. This is a family-run hotel, and Michelle and Adam are excellent hosts — welcoming, kind, and always helpful. Our room was on the second floor, and despite that, the stairs were very comfortable to use: well-shaped, covered with thick carpet, and easy to walk on. Adam kindly helped us carry our luggage to the room, which we really appreciated. Overall, a charming hotel with a warm atmosphere and great hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

This is my 2nd stay at ‘Le Cordonant’. It had been 6 years since I had visited, and I could not wait to return and bring my family. It was more beautiful than I remembered! It is a beautiful hotel in the lovely village of Cordon. The rooms are so charming and cosy. Either view is outstanding-my daughter and son-in-law had the Mont Blanc view which is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! You truly feel you can touch Mont Blanc. My granddaughter and I had the opposite Mountain View which was also beautiful. Sandrine, the owner, is absolutely incredible! She works so hard to make this hotel so special. The breakfast is amazing, as well as their dinners. It is such a gem of a hotel, and I am so grateful to Sandrine, for making our stay so special. I cannot wait to return!

Apartment was very very clean on arrival. Sits back from the main road and is a short walk to the grocer, shops, and restaurants. Not far from the gondola and a short drive to Megeve for additional activities. Gorgeous hiking in the area. Private parking lot. Kids enjoyed the pool. Can not understate how clean the apartment was on arrival.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here and cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are so thoughtful that even gave my 3-year-old daughter a present. The food was amazing. The quality and flavors were top-notch.

The accommodations were impeccable—luxurious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to ensure the ultimate comfort. The dining experience was exceptional, featuring gourmet meals that perfectly captured the rich and festive flavors of the season. A standout highlight of our trip was the Magic Megève tour, which was both inspirational and enchanting. The combination of art, unique designs storytelling added a distinct charm to the experience. The festive activities and events organized at the property added a magical touch to the holiday celebrations. From delightful Christmas evenings to the New Year's Eve. The Spa was amazing and to me The wine experience with Alfredo featuring an impressive collection was truly delightful and impressive.

The location is absolutely exceptional, everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant is also a fantastic added value—delicious dishes and great atmosphere. And don’t miss the fondue de cocher, it’s an absolute must-taste! If you value comfort, cleanliness, great food, and top service, this place is definitely a fantastic destination!

The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choice and good quality. Very fresh.

Extremely comfortable, and beautiful views from the room (we were in luck getting a corner room). It’s very conveniently located at just a few minutes walk from the town center. Parking is also very convenient, but note it costs 15€. Staff was incredibly nice, and huge bonus that they can provide free entrance to the Palais (which has a pool, saunas, and hammam). Extremely pleased with our stay. The restaurant is also excellent (they do room service), though vegetarian options were a little limited. And during the day the lobby and bar area are excellent for getting some work done.
