Cute hotel which doesn't look to be a big chain or something. So really local feel. The parking garage was totally awesome. It has an elevator. We have a Ford Kuga and we just fit. Wouldn't drive something much bigger in there. Room was clean, bathroom also clean and quite new and the location was really nice. Well centered yet not to busy.

Room is smaller but enough for two people. Location is perfect for those who want to be just a little bit away from city crowds, reachable with metro and near big park and Bercy Village. Staff is really great. Breakfast is great also.

We liked the swimming pool, kids area and the amenities in the room (free coffee, water and soft drinks!). The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and the square with play area right in front of the hotel was a big advantage for our kids.

The staff was great! Very helpful and everything ran smooth too. The ship was very comfortable and the beds too. I will stay again for sure!

Great location. Close to metro and buses so it was easy to get to, from and around Paris. Close to lots of places to eat and grocery stores. Shopping is also near by. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet.

The staff was friendly, especially the attendant in the lunch room. Apropos which, the breakfast was way above what you normally experience in small French hotels, both service and the food and coffee. The room was "Paris size", i.e. small but comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was large for "Parisian size", with a bathtub. My room faced a quiet courtyard with a fountain

The staff were amazing and the neighborhood is really good. The only problem is that it’s a bit far away from the city center.

We had an amazing stay at Nouvel Hôtel Paris. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are very comfortable, cozy, and relaxing — perfectly designed for a pleasant Paris stay after long days of exploring the city. What truly made this stay exceptional was Frédérick and the entire hotel staff. Frédérick deserves special recognition — incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we felt at home. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail genuinely elevated our experience. The whole team was super nice, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Nation metro station, making it extremely easy to reach all parts of Paris. The neighborhood itself is very safe, even when returning late at night, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, it was a wonderful, smooth, and comfortable stay with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to Frédérick and the amazing staff, our time in Paris was even more special. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, close to the metro station making transportation easy. It is a little further from central Paris but the metro helped accommodate for that

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel about 5 mins walk from Nation station, 2 mins from Velib bike station, several small shops around. The room was very clean, with very comfortable pillows and blankets. Very convenient for metro and RER connections and the direct bus 351 to Charles de Gaulle airport.

The room was very nice and the lobby was very cute! All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! The surrounding area has many great food locations to choose from and close to the Metro 1 which got us everywhere we needed to go. My cousin and I know very little French but someone was always able to help us that spoke English. We will definitely be back when we come and visit Paris again

Booked a family room and had two adjoining rooms. Beds were comfortable and rooms very quiet. The movie screens were loved by my family. It was convenient to a subway stop and on the line to airport.

A lovely budget friendly hotel! Very kind staff, a great location close to big sites, and perfectly clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again in the future.

The staff are so accommodating. They even upgraded my room accommodation. There was also a welcome note and freebies when I got to enter my room. The location of the hotel is near the metro station. It was a great experience.

Very polite and helpful staff and they offer free coffee and cakes. The location of the hotel is exceptional with many great restaurants, bars and cafés around as well as well connected via public transport.
