Coming out of the train station, after a stressful journey, it was a heaven-made sight to see the hotel just across the street! Location was PERFECT! Close to everything in Chamonix, easy to find, very convenient, in short, excellent! Wonderful friendly staff, pet-friendly hotel!

The Eden Hotel is special. The common areas are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. They have space for both inside and outside dining as well as an outside pool table and ping pong table. There’s even a small sandbox for the kids. Our room had a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. The view doesn’t get any better! If we come to Chamonix again, we will definitely stay at the Eden Hotel.

Great location of the hotel, with an incredibly beautiful lake nearby. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a bar where you can relax in the evening, and it also has the best chef in the world, who makes the most delicious blue burgers I’ve ever had in my life🙌😉

The staff are all very friendly, hard-working and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are great, and there is always a relaxed energy in those areas. Live music is a real bonus, as is the daily Happy Hour. The hotel is well-equipped for a ski holiday, with on-site ski shop and free lockers. Buffet breakfast is also great. The hotel has a distinct and fun brand/vibe, which is consistent and has been well thought-out, and differentiates it from most other hotels.

The staff were so friendly, the rooms were homely, the shared spaces were excellent, the decor was beautiful, the food was gorgeous, the vibe was excellent and always felt warm and inviting. The hotel dog was friendly and played with our baby. Guests always seemed relaxed and happy. The saunas and jacuzzi were wonderful. It was all perfectly done, can’t fault the hotel at all. We loved our stay, thank you!

Fantastic stay... Incredibly attentive and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Gael, Koko and Ana. Great locally sourced breakfast. The Sauna, and Jacuzzi with glacier, and mountain view was a real treat.

The setting, the style of the hotel, the communal spaces, the room in the main hotel (we've stayed in the chalet before and it was spectacular, but so are the rooms in the main hotel. Breakfast amazing.

This gorgeous little hotel was perfect for our ski trip. It's cozy and warm and very welcoming. Beds are super comfortable and the breakfast, while simple was great. The bar area was a lovely place to have Apres or pre dinner drinks. The hotel is so central and restaurants and bars are on the doorstep.

Location, room, the view with balcony to the Mont Blanc was AMAZING. Also, it was located just in the city center next to a lovely church.
