The hotel is lovely. It's in an excellent location - close to 2 metro stations so it was very easy coming from the airport by train and sight seeing. There is an excellent variety of patisseries and Boulangeries within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, nice hotel, the lift was broken, but the staff helped me to bring my suitcase upstairs. I do not always have a good experience in Paris with hotels, but here was comfortable and everyone was helpful and polite.

Truly wonderful hotel especially for a couple! Quite techy and modern which we really enjoyed. Rooms aren't huge but have everything you need, super comfortable and a lot of attention to details.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Cervantes. Our room was ready before the official check-in so we didn't have to wait at all. Initially we got a room facing the train station which was very loud, but it was no problem to switch to room facing the street and we even got a bigger room! The staff were amazingly friendly. The location is great, you have four different metro stations within 5 mins from the hotel so you can get anywhere in the center in 15-20 mins. Montmarte is just a walk away. The interior of the hotel is really pretty and stylish. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future!
