Everything was great. Good location, parking. The staff spoke good English, accommodated our dog and provided directions towards the main sights in town. Great price for what you are getting. Good shower pressure, clean room, comfy bed. Utilitarian, no fuss.

The Ibis Styles is in a perfect location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are very close by. The cathedral, river, and old city are within a short walk. The hotel was comfortable and accommodating. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working on arrival, but they very quickly switched to a different room without any fuss. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast had a good assortment of items and was very tasty, with a lovely interior terrace. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room literally steps from the Cathedral. No lift but that was not a problem for us. We stayed only one night and did not have breakfast so can’t comment. Staff were very attentive and consistently friendly. We stayed in a room that was part of a former chapel so it was architecturally interesting. Paid, underground parking was much closer than we had anticipated - 200 metres at the most.

Really helpful and friendly staff.They recommended restaurants and gave a number of other suggestions too The room was comfortable, particularly the bed and beautifully quiet and peaceful Breakfast was satisfying with a great choice.

    Bit disappointing.

    Bit disappointing. Boat trip although tranquil and pleasant enough passes by mostly overgrown, shabby and rather naff gardens and doesn’t really compare well with UK waterways. I imagine once upon a time when there were more market gardens they’d be more interesting .
