An incredibly welcoming, comfortable, stylish location to spend your nights in central Strasbourg (in the beautiful La Petit France area). I was traveling with my wife, an older sister on her very first trip overseas, and my sister's friend - and we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights there. What an amazing location, and the friendliest staff. They are all very good with English for those of who have not learned French (!), very helpful and welcoming, and always ready to help. The valet service in particular was invaluable, as their excellent valet came and rescued us from an illegal parking spot (!) when we were too frustrated to drive further (lots of one-way streets and construction near the canals in the center), and the woman on the phone was extremely patient, calm, and understanding when we called in for help to get to them. It was much appreciated! When a next-door neighbor was excessively loud, the management quickly had a word with them and the problem immediately stopped. Another class move by a class staff. We will absolutely stay here again when hopefully we return for a Christmas-market timed return trip!

Wonderful location for a weekend stay in Strasbourg. Comfortable rooms with nice view of the city. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre of the old city, with shops (pharmacy, groceries, wine shop, bakery) only 2-3 minutes away. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Neighbourhood was quiet and very safe.

It was flat and doable with luggage and easy to find this hotel. The staff can hold your luggage while you explore. The hotel has a fridge and the room is comfortable.

    The hotel is situated only a few minutes walking distance from Strasbourg train station as well as the center of the city. When we arrived early, they had an easy to use and safe place to store the luggage. The room was very nice - looked like all new renovations even better than we expected! ps everything in the mini fridge is complimentary too. They also accommodated us checking out a bit later - I'm very happy with this stay!

    I liked this place because it was close to the Strasbourg train station, around a 10-minute walk. It took less than 15 minutes to walk to the city center. The room was spacious and clean. There was air conditioning. We were allowed to store our luggage after checkout, which was very useful.
