I would like to sincerely thank Mr FETHI for the warm welcome we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived, It was my sister’s first time in Paris and since we booked the hotel in the last minute , we arrived a bit earlier than the usual check in time but the receptionist was so Helpful and made sure that we get the room early 🙏 he greeted us with genuine kindness and professionalism, which immediately made us feel comfortable after a long journey. He was always attentive, ready to help with any questions, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to come across such a welcoming attitude, and we truly appreciate the effort he put into ensuring that guests feel at home. His hospitality added a personal touch to our stay and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
