The room and bathroom were generously sized, and the attention to detail made the stay especially comfortable

I booked the Westbridge Stratford for my parents, who where in London to see ABBA Voyage and to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday - so have not been there myself. Nevertheless, the hotel staff has been incredibly courteous and attentive - in communication with me and regarding its service towards my parents. They had only good things to report and were especially impressed with the warm welcome and room decoration. I had booked the bubble package as a surprise but the staff went above and beyond with a handwritten birthday card and golden ballons. They even brought the luggage up to my parents room - to my fathers embarassment. ;-) My parents also enjoyed the breakfast. When I asked, they mentioned that they noticed some slight vibrations in their room due to bypassing traffic and that it was not completely sound proof. But they had been to London before and said that it is like this most places and nothing that kept them from a good nights sleep. All in all they enjoyed their stay very much and I want to give a big thanks to the staff for making my parents stay an unforgettable memory.

The staff was really friendly,the rooms were clean,the breakfast and food delicious and the whole experience perfect!!

The rooms were quiet on the basement level. Beds comfy and room very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location too for festival at Victoria Park. Directly opposite the Young V&A museum which was nice to have a look around after check out.

Had everything needed for a comfortable couple of nights. Very close to DLR, clean room, coffee, water, safe, ...

Breakfast was great and fresh . Great options.

Subway station next to the hotel

A very good personnel, very kind, helpful, very welcoming! Everything is clean on the hotel. You can find all that you need around the hotel (tesco,barber,bakery,restaurant…).

Perfect location not too far from Stratford train station. Clear instruction through the what's app how to enter the accommodation highly recommended for the price if someone is staying over night in London.

The room was bigger than my expectations. The bathroom wasn't with too many amenities but was also clean. The place is close to Stratford Station definitely worth it for the price!

Priceworthy with all essentials. Friendly and accommodating staff(member), helped me carry my luggage up the stairs. Excellent location, close to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants. Would stay there again.

Spacious room with two well-sized beds, comfortable mattresses and duvets, fresh-coloured linen, clean towels, and a well-maintained bathroom. Convenient location and excellent value for a few nights’ stay. Hotel Staff was very supportive, take heavy suitcases to our rooms.

Absolutely amazing. Staff were lovely, room was great, the bed was so comfortable. There was coffee and tea along with snacks and cereal in the room which was nice. Location was good too, train station like 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend!
