Hotels near Gateshead Millennium Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne

Easy to find, parking in premises. Check in was very smooth, room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. It's within a walking distance to all the main attractions in Newcastle.

Our third stop at Malmaison We always love it We will be back

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room and great location.

The breakfast selection was the best we’ve had in a hotel in Newcastle. The staff in the restaurant in the morning are so nice and friendly. My husband and daughter went down to go swimming on the Sunday morning. We didn’t know it had to be booked. But the lovely lady working there let them in.

Everything very organised and safe

Great Size room , very helpful staff

The room is amazing, large windows on all sides, so bright and it has great view of the river and the bridges. It’s also modern, clean and very comfortable. It offered our dog a nice bed, a cute toy and some high quality treats. The breakfast is also very nice, with a great variety and fresh. Such great value. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if we are in Newcastle.

My husband stayed and he absolutely reccomends this hotel when visiting in Newcastle. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with the castle next to it, close to the quayside and also the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was small but adequate. The location was fantastic.

Very good localisation, very nice and helpfull Staff, good view Very god restaurants neat by, I recommend Rani, Indian one and The Brudge Tavern. There isalso great place for breakfast, you can find it in a corner house at the photo. Under the bridge

Great location in city centre and within 10-15 minutes walking distance of Utilitat Arena where we were attending a concert . Extremely helpful concierge at hotel when we were trying to park , he took my car and squeezed it into a space in the car park for me . Apartment was clean and bedrooms spacious . Great for 1 or two nights stay .

Very spacious room with a beautiful river view! The Floor to ceiling window makes the room look even bigger. As soon as I walk in to the room, oh wow!!! kind of feeling. Great location too.

The staff are unbelievable they couldn't so anymore for you and so polite and respectful to there guests, we had an issue with our room no fault of there own and they gave us a complete new room with no hesitation, also the 12 o'clock check out is fantastic and all hotels should do the same! So big respect for Motel One doing this!

An 1850 built ornate building which is a treasure trove of beautiful Victorian architecture.
