The room was wonderfully big. The bath was fantastic, deep enough to have a decent bath. Staff were kind and helpful.

Every thing, lovely hotel, friendly staff, great choice of food reasonably priced, great breakfast. Room (courtyard) was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend and will return

We liked the way the staff were very friendly. The place was clean even though they were doing renovations. Restaurant and Bar staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to chat when not busy. The breakfast was really nice. Lots of choice and very well prepared. Tasted delicious.The Receptionist on the evening we arrived gave us some history of the Hotel which was interesting. We will be going back to stay as it is also a good base for the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were doing the C2C and it was the best hotel. Very comfy, they help us with the bikes. Amazing breakfast... Special mention for Georgia who help us in the breakfast (we were 6 and we were quite annoying asking her a lot). She answered and resolve everything with a smile and she didn't complain. Thank you Georgia ❤️

In no uncertain terms, this is one of my best stays! The staff and owner are truly world class professionals. They made me feel so at home and were so accommodating. I will stay here every time I come to the Newcastle area. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly! It’s a beautiful location at a cost-effective price!

We came late at night the stuff weren't very nice and well coming , there is parking in place .

The size of the room was very good, as was the size of the 2 twin beds. The tea and coffee-making facilities in the room were excellent. Staff both on check-in and check out were helpful and friendly. The location was good and with access to the town.

I was greeted by the manager who instantly knew my name and showed me to my cosy room. Facilities in the room were good. Coffee machine and kettle with gorgeous cups. Could do with more breakfast tea.tlThere is also a fan available for those who like to sleep a little cooler. I had the breakfasts over my stay, which were very nice. The meal at the wedding was lovely too.

Just came back from a stay here. The place is lovely. staff are great and they take great care of your little doggies too.The food is beautiful will definitely return. As a none driver there are bus stops just down a small bank which is very handy. There is also a woodland area across the roads to walk your dogs. Tanfield railway museum is also just along the road too. Thankÿou Beamish park hotel xx

Everything was better than excellent. I will go back to this hotel again 100 per cent.

Polite staff, clean facilities with all amenities reasonably priced. Huge room. On the city outskirts however there are buses to the city. Next to the highway, we didn't hassle with city traffic. Definitely recommend!

Location close to the Tyne cycle path, easy to access the countryside. Breakfast was excellent apart from the scrambled egg, stick to poached next time. Beer was excellent.

Straight away I’m sold if it’s got a pool table and it did also added bonus there was a Xbox set up in The lounge to me awesome hotel

Clean and quiet room with a lot of amenities. Defo worth it for this price. I would stay again.

The hotel was at a nice location with access to quite a lot of takeaways around it. Was easy to go to the city center as well which was just a really straight road down in like a 10-15 mins walk.

Bed - very comfy Pillows - new Mattress and pillow protectors in excellent condition. Towels - brand new

From the friendly reception (Derek), to the warm comfortable room and the lovely breakfast each morning, everything was great. We'll be back at the end of the month, and we're looking forward to it.
