The location is fantastic. A 2 min walk from Chalk Farm underground. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were great and clean and comfortable. The bar food was great value, especially the breakfasts. We will stay again next time we are in london

Lovely and warm staff members who made us feel welcome. The room was quite large. The location is great for families who want to visit London Zoo. The walk to the park was amazing.

Excellent service from front of house team, managing to accommodate an early check-in for us. Rooms were big and spacious with very comfortable beds. Hotel was well kept and clean.

Location is perfect, 5 min walking from underground. Hotel is beautiful. Staff let me check in early without problems. Rooms are big enough for 1 person, maybe a bit cozy in 2. You an find in the room everything needed.

We loved our stay. We were there for 10 nights and made good use of the gym and laundry facilities. The location is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect,the hotel was located in a very safe upmarket location,there is a tube station a street away called chalk farm and a 10 minute walk into Camden Town,room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed,hot shower and tea and coffee making facilaties in the room,the staff were friendly especially a man at reception called Josh,we would stay here again next time I visit London.

The hotel has had a fantastic revamp so the pictures on the website did not reflect the lovely refurbished bedroom we stayed in. The owners were absolutely amazing, welcoming and warm which was received with thanks. We stayed for the Arsenal match and the location was just perfect for our needs. Parking onsite was an additional bonus!

Great apartment with loads of space and so close to St Pancras International

Beautiful, luxurious interiors, very spacious and comfortable. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. One of the best properties I’ve stayed in.

We stayed in two different rooms over our two night stay. Room's are fabulously themed / decorated, very clean. Only six weeks since opening for guests to stay, everything is new within the rooms. Including large screen TV, kettle, hairdryer Mattresses are firm with a soft mattress topper, four very soft pillows on the bed. Both Room's we stayed in had spacious (room for two to shower together comfortably) monsoon showers. Free guest Wi-Fi and of course the bar is very friendly and welcoming downstairs. Black Cap is located on a busy street and of course has the bar downstairs. We heard very little in both the rooms we had. Can't recommend this place enough.

Perfect location for a concert in the O2 Forum! Very kind and helpful staff, with a much appreciated free drink when we arrived 😊 warm and cosy room with bathroom floor heating and very comfortable beds. Easy check in and check out process. So happy with our stay!

Clean and well located. Staff was friendly

This was a very secure facility with locking doors and secured staff everywhere. Interior room was nice. The location is great and is a great bang for your buck considering how expensive everything on the Camden area is.

Location, style, breakfast, bar

the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.
