Quite the best hotel experience in London- even better than when I stayed there 3 times in 1984!

Clean, warm, no bad smells, no damaged and old furniture. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Only 20 min to Harrods, 20-30 min to Hyde park and Mayfair or Big Ben. Close to train station. You will want to return.

This accomodation is amazing. All the staff is really kind and available to fix problems or to answer to all the questions. Is located in Chelsea so, close to Sloane Square Station and all the main experiences (such as Westminster, Buckingham Palace or the Natural Science Museum). Our apt was comfy, clean and perfect for a couple. Own kitchen, bathrom with shower and a double bed. Nearby there's a Sainsbury's and a Pharmacy. Perfect location. We will definetely came back asap. Good job guys!

The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed. The location is excellent—close to Sloane Square, South Kensington, and major sights, yet in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Perfect option for London!

The area was lovely and the buffet breakfast was great. More than expected.
