The team was extremely friendly, helpful, and flexible. The location is great, close to everything, easy to find, and there is a lovely bar in the building, really good vibes. There is tea, coffee, and water provided in the communal area on the ground floor, next to the chill zone with some boardgames, TV, and loads of cushions. Security-wise it feels very safe, as you can only enter the lift with your passkey, and obviously you need it for the room as well. I would say that if you want to use the locker in the room, you need to grab a lock, or maybe you can rent it. There is plenty of signage with what you can rent/buy, like towels, toothbrush & toothpaste etc, and there is shampoo, shower gel, and soap in the bathrooms. The rooms are clean and comfy. The bedsheets were amazing, and pillows and blankets were great, too. Will be definitely using again if/when I am back in Newcastle.

From the friendly reception (Derek), to the warm comfortable room and the lovely breakfast each morning, everything was great. We'll be back at the end of the month, and we're looking forward to it.

Room was clean, well insulated, and overall very comfortable. Shower was also quite nice, and had good hot water. However, room was not very big, not a lot of desk space/chair for working.

Within walking distance to all areas of Newcastle. Access on two levels for faster access to the Quayside available.

Great location. Room was quiet. Comfortable AC which was adjustable. Nice view. Corner room overlooked car park and could see up the river and the bridges. Parking can get full but you can park at The Copthorne Hotel just up the road which has many spaces. 15 quid for 24 hours.

What a great location! The staff were very helpful and obliging and the room was perfect, we looked over the Millennium Bridge etc so always something to look at and the room was very spacious, clean and well appointed.

The hotel is beautiful. Well appointed and very practical. It’s in the middle of the Quayside area with plenty of tourist attractions nearby.
