Excellent value for money, comfortable and lovely staff

Great spot for Aston Villa game

The location is close to centre; 15 min walk to Bullring, the Theatre halls, the Train Stations. The accommodation includes use of pool and sauna at the nearby sports complex which makes the stay exceptional with a pool session and sauna at start of day!

Everything was really clean and all amenities were available. AC seemed to be on a lower setting but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and adjusted the settings upon request so that the room was cool for when we got back from going out. TV was a really good size a directly lined up with the bed, equipped with chrome cast for easy streaming. Overall great value for money and a very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend.

It was clean, the stuff was friendly and it is situated close to the center. Breakfast is good.

Every member of staff that I encountered radiated and a warmth and welcoming spirit that enable me to feel genuinely cared for and enable me to rejuvenate and regenerate in a truly natural and authentic manner !.

This hotel is fantastic. For little money I got a unique, cosy, well designed room in a beautiful building. The bed was super comfortable, everthing was spotless, the bathroom had everything I needed. During the week there´s no breakfast. This is no problem though. For most hotels in this category you pay extra for a small breakfast. For that money you can have breakfast nearby. The hotel provided fruit, yoghurt, coffee, tea etc. for free. All good. I think it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. I doubt you can have a better experience in this city for a normal price. *****

I loved how spacious my room was. I enjoyed the full English breakfast and particularly enjoyed happy hour at the executive lounge, which was on the same floor as my room.
