It was an excellent place to stay. This itself is an experience in Fira. Loved my stay.

Loved the views and everything from the staff, Wifi, amazing food, and room!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Porto Fira Suites will definitely see us again.

The location is very central. Walking distance around Fira town. Nik the host went beyond to assist us.

EVERYTHING !!!! It was absolutely sensational the staff were all amazing, the food and the drinks from the bar/restaurant was fantastic. The location and the room were unbeatable we were so happy with our stay we didn’t want to leave. I also got a massage at the day spa and it was also a 10/10. Thank you so much Aressana for our stay :)

From start to finish this stay was sensational. The staff, the room, the pool, the food everything was perfect. This trip exceeded all my expectations. I can not recommend this place enough. The standard is extremely high and the people are just so kind to all guests. I particularly want to give a shout-out to Kaylee who made the stay unforgettable for me and my partner. She really went the extra mile for us and I cannot thank her enough. We will definitely be back! 🤍

Exceptional stay! We were generously upgraded to the Villa Terra, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private jaccuzi and hammam. Everything was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and luxurious. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Fira. The staff are incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention to Abi, who took great care of us during a fabulous breakfast by the pool, with an unforgettable view over the Caldeira. The entire team was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Tania and Ira at reception were outstanding—always smiling, and full of excellent recommendations to make our experience truly memorable.

Lovely staff, incredible view and comfortable room!

A beautiful and comfortable all-white setup, thoughtfully designed with everything you need, and more. Breakfast is beautifully arranged in the room, enjoyed against breathtaking views of the caldera, cascading cliffside houses, and the endless blue sea. Truly picture-perfect. To top it off, the service was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until our departure, making the entire stay effortlessly memorable.

Reception was amazing and so helpful. The views at sunset were incredible. The breakfast was also great

The view was absolutely fantastic. The location of this hotel is just perfect. It was close to all night life, close to the cable car and best of all close to the taxi area as well as a short walk to the bus stop. On arrival we came from the airport with the bus and also used the bus to go to the port leaving with a ferry back to Athens. Bus fare was very cheap and the busses had aircon. We arrived very early, but John had no problem in checking us in before 10! He was very accommodating and gave us a map and short recommendations on where to go. He even made a few calls to assist us in renting a scooter for 3 days! BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME. I will stay here again!!

Wonderful hotel with amazing views. Very good breakfast, which they serve in the room. 100% recommended!

Fantastic location and view. Comfy, well decorated room and hospitable staff.

Location price cleanliness. Staff were friendly and helpful

Very good location. Nearby bus station. Nearby clubs and restaurants. Amazing view

ilianna was a Fantastic manager and her team made we’re brilliant nothing was too much trouble . Clean and spacious cave rooms and fantastic bores from the jacuzzi .

Tramsport and porters is very good.

We’ve just returned from an incredible 4 day stay in the Carmen suite - our time there couldn’t have been more incredible. The location was outstanding, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and the villa itself was spotless. Breakfast was gorgeous every morning on the veranda, and despite a fully booked hotel, the pool area was quiet and private despite being just off the main path. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting this beautiful island. Wish we could do it all over again!

Absolutely amazing! Great location, friendly staff, sunset views from the balcony. I couldn’t fault our stay here.

Good hotel, amazing location and good breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to the main attractions but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with every request.

Location excellent - Staff were exceptional Immaculate property
