Our room had a great view of the water and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and the staff had helpful suggestions for parking in Zadar.

Magnificent hotel. Our experience at Roccia was truly exeptional in all levels. Roccia is a hidden jewel, and our family and I realized quickly that we found a treasure. The hotel owner and staff were lovely, attentive, and contantly eager to serve us and the clients with love, professionalism, and elegance. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The sea view was spectacular as it overlooked the gorgeous sea in a balcony, decorated with beautiful Mediterranean flowers and plants. The sunsets are breathtaking. Siting on the balcony garden and watching the sunsets was a highlight of the trip. There are olive trees, fig trees, rosemary, lavender, and carefully landscaped plants that inspired peace, awe, joy, and love. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. There were homemade Mediterranean eggs, sausages, bacon, a variety of homemade breads, charcuterie style hams, cheeses, yogurts, juices, and fruits. It was served with elegance, and it was easy to taste the love it was prepared with. The restaurant overlooks the sea and the food is excellent. The management is excellent. The owner was intentionally available to us and all the clients. The staff spoke to us with a welcoming smile, and this made our experience wonderful, especially because we have a very small baby and two toddlers. The hotel has a walkway to the sea and a beach which is made of beautiful rocks and breathtaking views. It was just lovely and heavenly. We were in constant awe of the scenery, the excellent customer service, and the beauty of God's creation in such a wonderful hotel. The town the hotel is in a town filled with history, antiques, and pure island living. The hotel felt like a 5 star 🌟 hotel. It's heavenly. I highly recommend it. It was magnificent. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will come back for sure. At the end we stayed 14 nights and it ended up being one of the best holidays. We were most amazed by our host kindliness. I was ill so we needed to postpone the start date (twice!) and he was so kind to do it for free, without hesitation. Also, he responded to my messages in 5-15 minutes every time, even at weekends, even at night! The apartment was cosy, we expecially loved the terrace. It has nice view to the garden and mountains and lots of birds around, it's amazing. The place is quiet and calm, a few days we even worked there (on home office) and nothing ever disturbed us. The apartment is well equiped. We had a microwave, fridge, washing machine, air conditioning. The kitchen is quite small for everyday cooking but we managed. It is very near to Paklenica national park which was great for rock climbing and hiking. Oh, and we had a dog and there was no problem, no fee even. There are plenty of places for short walks - a beach, a little forest, way to the Paklenica entrance...
