Hotels near Heroes Monument, Surabaya

Staff was very friendly, especially Abid, who was a trainee in the hotel restaurant

The best value proposition Hotel in Surabaya. It is in the city centre yet away from the city noise. The staff were very polite and based on their hospitality, the hotel earns my best recommendation. Special shoutout to ‘Theresia’. She carries notes with herself which is a key if you need recommendations for possibly anything about the city. If you need suggestions, look for her!

Love the breakfast spread n staff attentiveness

Lintang and all the hosts were phenomenal. They decorated my room the way I like it. Thank you so much for making my stay comfortable! I rate it 10/10!

Everything was very good: staff, breakfast, parking g, room, bathroom...

Almost everything. The room us kibd of small but comfy. The staff at the front desk is very helpful.

Staff were incompetent. Wanted to keep my passport as security. It took over half hour to check in

The hotel’s location saved me a lot of travel time during meetings. Check-in was quick, the room was quiet, and the amenities were perfect for work travel. Excellent overall experience.

Very cozy & nice hotel. All area look clean & tidy. Good touch Love it My suggestion: there is no hairdryer in the room. It's a possible for the HK to provide and guest can call to use/borrow Nice set up buffet breakfast, but better if the food is hot, other that Soto ayam & omelette 👍👍👍

I stayed only one night. Comfortable room with good air conditioner. The house is located in the center inside a mall. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Great staff.

Staff very friendly room clean and got Netflix also hotel give compliment tea na coffee aircond also good
