Everything was beautiful and the staff were exemplary!

Very clean and very accomodating

A great property near the fisherman’s harbour. Good room, good air con. A nice bed with a shower that had lots of hot water. Fridge The service of the owner was the best. The staff did a great job of helping where needed and making it a great stay. Fresh fruit every afternoon. The breakfast was a tasty and appreciated. Definitely recommend

We had to check in on very short notice, we booked and came there in around 15 minutes. The room was ready. I appreciate the fast check in. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. Everything was working ok. The staff was pleasant and they kept our luggage in a free locker at the reception, since we had a late flight and had to stay at the city. Overall, a good experience.

Spacious room, nice breakfast, quite place, cool pool.

We had a really nice time here and the staff was exceptionally kind and made our stay very pleasant. What we loved the most was the infinity pool and the location as it was very close to the airport and by the beach with some nice (fresh) seafood restaurants right on the beach , it definitely made our honeymoon special.

Our greeting upon arrival was fantastic! Yogi led us to their restaurant and provided us with a welcome drink plus snack. He arranged for a taxi whenever we needed one. Its location relative to the beach was a definite plus. Overall, we felt very welcomed at the Open House!

I had an incredible experience at Pandan Sari Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, adorned with beautiful flowers that gave the entire property a serene and welcoming ambiance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. They went above and beyond by recommending wonderful places to visit, making my stay even more memorable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping team ensured that everything was always in impeccable condition. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, huge, and perfect for relaxation. And the views from the hotel? Simply breathtaking! Pandan Sari Hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless stay.

Great location, great facilities, nice breakfast and lovely staff

This is a wonderful part of town.

We had such a relaxing and wonderful stay. The hotel is newly opened just two months ago, so everything feels very fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, only a 2minute walk to the beach. We especially loved the delicious pasta and the beautiful rooftop, which was such a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere.

The staff was so nice and they remembered me and my fiancé! The staff always addressed us by name and were always so helpful. I was honestly sad at the end of my stay as I knew I would never experience hospitality like that again until my next stay. All facilities were amazing.

Lovely old world charm, all of the buildings had beautiful teak furnishings and artworks. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the shared facilities were all well maintained. A beautiful little oasis in the Jimbaran area.
