Joe and Jackie are exceedingly gracious hosts who folded us into their family. Breakfast was unbelievable! "A full Irish breakfast" is a meal fit for a King! We had to leave at 4am to get to the Dublin Airport. Joe insisted on getting up to make us coffee and to cook breakfast so that we wouldn't have to stop along the way- so, so kind.
