Fantastic hotel, clean, comfortable, lovely live music in the evening downstairs in the lobby and super friendly helpful staff. It was my best friend's birthday and we stayed here to celebrate it, as soon as the staff heard this they upgraded our room and sent a lovely bottle of wine and plate of fresh fruit upstairs with a happy birthday/mazel tov note. They also helped with any questions we had straight away. Hotel is right on the beach and has a lovely clean pool. Highly recommended! We'd return any time!

We stayed as a couple, one night in Vert Hotel Dead Sea. Even though tourism didn’t start yet, considering the ongoing conflicts, we really felt safe. There must be some refugees inside the hotel, but it was not a disturbing aspect. Front desk offered us a room in a floor with no kids, so it was really peaceful. The room was really modern, clean and nice with an amazing sea view. Staff was friendly and we even got a complimentary dinner service. Food was tasty (offering a buffet with great variety of choices), they have indoor spa with sauna and hot dead-sea water inside pool.

Surprised by the low ratings - in fact, the hotel even exceeds expectations. Yes, the hotel building is old, but the staff copes with it 100%. After the midday heat, we were greeted by a pleasant coolness in the lobby. We were checked in immediately, despite the fact that we arrived a little earlier. A gift from the administration was a pleasant surprise - a set of creams with Dead Sea minerals. A standard room is a standard size, not cramped. There is a balcony with chairs. The room is well cleaned, linen and towels are snow-white, there are shower gels, shampoos, body lotion. There is a refrigerator and a kettle for making tea and coffee. The air conditioner works well, the temperature in the room is comfortable. The pool is clean, big enough to swim in, plenty of sunbeds around. You can also visit the SPA in another hotel of this chain. Very tasty food, a wide selection of dishes for every taste. Very very tasty desserts. In general, I want to highlight the exceptional work of the staff, because thanks to them, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Location is on the Dead Sea. You can’t get closer. It’s also relatively close to Ein Gedi (30 minute drive) and 15 minutes to Masada. The views across the Dead Sea to Jordan are magnificent. The meals were better than I expected (I had low expectations) and the pool was nice. Free flowing beer, soft drinks and slushies kept us happy. The Spa was also quite nice. Shlomit worked very hard to make us happy but she cannot make up for the many issues that this hotel faces. It has a lot of potential.

The location is very convenient for visiting Masada, and the staff suggested a late check out as it was Shabbat and I had to wait for evening for a bus after visiting the site. Coming back to a shower and the pool after a very hot morning on top of Masada was a delight! The Friday night meal was delicious.

considering it is a youth hostel the price was pretty high…but this is anyway Israel. There is actually only one reason to sleep there and this is to visit Masada in the next morning. And for this purpose the hostel is definitely good enough. Dinner was actually really ok. Breakfast was not worth.
