My stay at the Sephardic House Hotel was truly special. The setting inside the Old City gives a rare feeling of being connected to Jerusalem’s history while still enjoying modern comfort. Walking out the door straight into the old streets was an experience in itself. The room was quiet, well kept, and inviting after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the attention to detail and the sense that the place is cared for with pride. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and added a pleasant start to the morning. Above all, the staff were kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Their attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that made the stay feel personal rather than routine. A place with character, warmth, and an excellent location — I gladly give it top marks and would be happy to return.

Very clean and amazing facilities.. Hot water , Heaters in the rooms. Ahmad the house keeping guy was super helpful got me an iron and hair dryer without any delay. Rooms were cleaned everyday.. reception area is still under construction however it didn’t affect our stay. Tea kettle was provided in the rooms. Very close to the main gate of the old city and very Easy to walk to Al Aqsa and dome of the rock.

The staff was amazing, kind and extremely helpful. Breakfast was incredible and the location unbeatable. The rooftop has a great view of the city, and if you are staying, make sure to have a dinner up on the rooftop. Food was to die for

I like the location, close to walls. The Manager was extremely helpful & communicative. Anytime, I wanted information, provided me. Amazing Hospitality. Makes me feel, like Home. I will visit this place again, soon.

The New Imperial is a charming, genuinely old, family-run (multi-generational) hotel. its location is unparalleled as it is inside Jaffa Gate and opposite to the Tower of David. Its rooftop gives an excellent view of the surrounding area. The staff were all charming and very attentive (and got up early to prepare an early breakfast for us).

Hotel was located in old city (Christian quarter), easy to walk to main attractions. Helpful stuff, explained how to keep it safe while walking around Jerusalem. Nice clean air conditioned room

It was comfortable, I had a nice room with view on old city, bathroom was perfect, breakfast one of the best I found in hotels, staff was kind. Location is perfect.

Staff were friendly and accommodating.. cleaning staff were amazing and excellent at what they did... bus service was excellent and convenient.. the walk through the graveyard to Al Aqsa masjid was really on another level ... I never expected that.. it was the highlight of my trip... thank you ...

Perfect location very close to Mamila and old city of Jerusalem. Very friendly staff. Clean and big rooms. Good facilities, including free parking.
