Excellent staff and service. Food was also excellent and staff went to great lengths to address allergies and were well aware of the options available. Staff at all levels very accommodating and receptive to the needs of guests. Would highly recommend.

-It is really, really close to the airport. But, Castletown is also just about a 20 mins walk, and the harbour or coast is easily accessible like that. Just as the shops or restaurants. The hotel seems to be very remote, but it is not the case. -A big plus that the receptionist was friendly and smiling early morning too! -I found everything in the room, no concerns.
