Our stay at JC Residency was wonderful. We were traveling from USA with both our teenage son and elderly grandfather, and we were so well taken care of. Our rooms were not only 100 percent functional, (uncommon in India) but very luxurious and beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. Excellent value. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Madurai.

The room was perfectly sized for a solo traveller, very clean, safe and nicely equipped with all necessities. The staff was very polite and helpful, alsogave me good suggestions on how to go about sightseeing in Madurai. Location is the key here, walking distance from station, Meenakshi Temple and the best shopping lanes. Would totally recommend this stay :)

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. WiFi was very stable and fast. Staff were extremely polite and cooperative. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and always came to us with a smile on their faces.
