The location was excellent! It was close enough to sightseeing and great shops. We did a few tours around town and got to eat at the restaurants at the hotel. They were amazing!

First of all, the place smelled like daffodils 🌼 and incense 💐 and just as welcoming as the Taj Palace (where I’d stayed only last week). Anisha at reception was super-patient with me at the time of check-in, smiling and offering a variety of solutions for the issues I was facing with my troublesome credit cards. Please give her five gold stars from us! Omkar from the Nomad bar made us the best Negroni Sbagliato we’ve ever tasted. He also made us delicious custom cocktails based on our flavour preferences. Five gold stars for him! Om Prakash from housekeeping did an excellent job of looking after us by keeping our room immaculate, no matter what state we’d left it in. Five gold stars!

What I loved about the property was there continual focus on knowing you as a person. This was my 10th stay at this four seasons, and they recognized it gave me an upgrade to an executive suite.  particularly attentive was Mr. Fagun Singh the chief Concierge), who is there to meet me when I arrived make sure that my room was spectacular and gave me the room upgrade and was there when I departed to make sure I was on my way… He is superb

Closest to railway station convenient market place with good availability of inhouse homely taste food. Hotel was good. love the breakfast. clean rooms and service, After a long trip, the most important thing is a quick and efficient check-in at the reception. I had paid for the room in advance, and everything was prepared upon my arrival. Unlike the usual hassle of showing receipts and confirming bookings, the process was smooth and effortless. Within minutes, I was shown to my room, which was clean, well-prepared, and ready for my stay.
