Outstanding hotel in the heart of Ortigia. The design is beautiful and the personal incredible.

It is a beautiful hotel and the facilities were lovely! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The view from our room was awesome, especially at sunset. We loved the courtyard as well. The breakfast provided and the service was unbelievable! There was so much fresh food and so delicious! The hotel was close to everything. The valet parking was a plus!

Location, 5 star style, extremely friendly and elegant staff. Like in an old Italian movie! A must stay if you are in Sicily!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Rooms are good sizes with comfortable beds. Good central location, local restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Ortigia a few minutes drive away with lots more dining choices and shopping. Breakfast was always good, choices for everyone. Evening drinks, dinner and desserts available at the rooftop restsurant. Nice Gym and Spa facilities too. The rooftop pool and area is quite small, but serves its purpose. It's not a hotel for a pool holiday, which wasnt our intention anyway. Easy to travel to other parts of the island from here. Beaches closeby in all directions, though you do need a car.

Parking on site, clean and comfortable room with toiletries water etc. lovely breakfast, even down to the fresh orange juice. Unique robot experience for service. Staff excellent, extremely helpful reception staff

Everything was perfect. We were given an upgrade on arrival and stayed in a luxurious suite. Five star treatment beginning with a great breakfast buffet that contains everything you wish for. The staff is very welcoming, always helpful and everyone has a genuine friendliness. Indoor pool very large (20 m) and spotless as well as the fitness centre. Great stay. Mille Grazie 😊

A room in a beautiful 18th-century Baroque palace. We were treated with the great courtesy and attentiveness typical of the island. A garage is available opposite the hotel, and the restaurant connected to the hotel is wonderful as well.

David and the staff were extremely helpful. The room size was great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant.

Great hotel in the perfect location! Rooms with high walls really well furnished with all needed stuff. Personal is very nice. And yes, they also have good breakfast)

I loved the way this beautiful old property was renovated to a very modern standard. Very much my taste. Breakfast was not included but I was glad we paid extra as it was delicious. It was a last minute booking and if I’d planned ahead, I’d have also made a dinner reservation for the Cortile restaurant, as the food looked exquisite!

Charming hotel with a great location, the little terrace is a beautiful, romantic spot for having evening spritz watching the sunset or a delicious breakfast! The host was very friendly and most helpful with the valet car service. Close to many restaurants and bars, overlooking the Lungomare.

The rooms, the decorations, the staff, the little beach near the hotel. We had the most perfect stay in this 5 star hotel. Thank you for everything and we are so looking forward to come back.

Beautiful building in the heart of Ortigia . Minutes away from the centre . The staff were beyond exceptional . Nothing was too much trouble . We were made so welcome . So clean with very comfortable bed & pillows . High end facilities . Very attractive decor too .

Very nice staff behind the counter in the reception with warm welcoming and professionalism. A home-made cake was waiting in the room as a gift upon arrival. The breakfast was great, fresh strawberries and home-made olives among other things. The breakfast area was very nice and the experience around it similar to a 5-star hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic: eggs cooked at the minute, good choice of coffee, fantastic biscuits and fresh orange juice. The service was on point: we got help to reach a sand beach and great recommendations for food.

Close to Ortigia , quiet location , delicious breakfast and lovely and helpful hotel staff.
