Sometimes you have to take your time to get things just right. This colossal cathedral is a case in point. Originally started in 1386, it spent nearly six centuries as a work in progress until completion as recently as 1965. The result is a quite breathtaking mish-mash of architectural styles, as unique as it is enormous. From the outside, countless spires and pinnacles jut skywards, and the interior is an overwhelming panorama of columns, arches and paintings.
