Great Location! Hotel rooms and pools were excellent! Friendly staff and beautiful food

The rooms are very comfortable, great view from the terrace, comfortable beds. We loved, that the room was big. With the separate entrance zone. The breakfasts were fantastic!

Absolutely everything; the hotel was perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the blackout shutters made sure we had a great night’s sleep. The hotel is honestly fabulous - we didn’t use the pool but the pool deck was gorgeous, having easy access to the Lake was amazing, and the location was so convenient for Malcesine. The breakfast was also wonderful!

Hotel Firenze was more than it's stars. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great!! I'm more than happy to visit here again some day.

The views take your breath away. And incredible slice of peace and paradise on the hills on Monte Baldo. The fact there’s only 8 rooms makes it feel really private and secluded.

Beautiful area best in north Italy

Very nice hotel with a great location - close both to the city center and the waterfront. It was very convenient to explore the area on foot. The hotel also has parking spaces, which was a big advantage for us. The staff was extremely caring, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and would gladly stay here again.

We book the room last minute and what a fortune! Clean , comfortable, the best view on the lake, beautiful staff, great breakfast , and great price . Will come back for sure

Very close to the Malcesine historic center and also the lake beach. The breakfast was very good and very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location to the village and beach

Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake and the views were absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really couldn’t fault our stay and were sorry to leave.

Absolutely amazing smaller hotel with a family atmosphere outside the main crowded centre of Malcesine, but 10 minutes walk from the beach of Lake Garda. Absolutely fascinating breakfast that you don't get even in the best so-called luxury hotels. Everywhere clean, staff helpful and smiling. Definitely recommended!

Excellent customer service and friendly staff

Amazing location with a direct view of the Castle. Oasis of a garden, could not have been better for a trip away with the wife. So many restaurants on the door step, plenty of parking and the staff were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was excellent, with a breathtaking view of the lake. We were especially impressed by the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service. The food was delicious, with a fantastic breakfast and dinner, as well as wonderful coffee and cocktails. There are plenty of activities and attractions, making this hotel a perfect choice for a family holiday with children. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!
