The roof terrace and the staff

Good location and helpful staff

Location was great and staff very nice. Breakfast was exceptional and rooms very clean

Weekday staff is amazing 👏 both at the reception and restaurant for Breakfast. Cleaning staff too.

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center of Napoli. All staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good quality. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was excellent.

I liked that it’s close to everything. The staff is very kind, and the breakfast is really good. It’s simple, but very nice , i really enjoyed my stay🥰

The view from the hotel over Naples is amazing

The room is really close to the station. The room was cleaned every day. The room was very quiet, but this may be not the case with rooms going outside towards the street. African street market outside, but only throughout the day and with friendly atmosphere.

Great location and breakfast, helpful and professional staff. A step out of the hotel you’ll find the busiest street in Naples, very nice location and area.

The location is excellent , the rooms are nice and have authentic vibe and the stars on the sealing was so pleasant surprise . The personal was so helpful and positive that we wanted to stay more. We will back on next journey to Neapol :)

Frederica is an angel . Saved me when I closed my suitcase and couldn’t open , very grateful for the help!!!

very good position of the hotel considering the facilities that the city offers. very helpful staff who respond immediately to any requests

Cost and quiet hotel in the heart of Naples old town. The hotel was well located and clean with friendly staff. We had a great stay here as a family of four adults. The staff were amazing. Really helpful, friendly and kind. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is a hidden gem with clean, air conditioned rooms, tv, mini fridge and private bathrooms. Linens and towels changed every day and the water pressure was great. We could not fault our stay in this wonderful little hotel.

Friendly attitude, clean and modern rooms, delicious breakfast...
