Absolutely amazing hotel. A small oasis in a busy city. The facilities are great especially the spa and rooms, staff is super friendly, breakfast quality outstanding.

I had some of the best nights of my 2 weeks trip in this hotel. Beds were really confortable, the room service operated as soon as we were leaving the hotel. (It was always cleaned so). Free coffees/teas also offered in the room. The hotel was also very close from the city center, the air conditioning and the in room installation(s) very modern/convenient The included breakfast has a wide range (fruits, cereals, bacon/eggs, yogurt..) . A special thanks to the breakfast’s host Simona who was very nice with everyone, available for all the guests. Thanks for having us. Highly recommended.

Luxury, warmth, and feeling at home in Florence

We loved our stay here! The hotel staff were always very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Close to the center, availability of parking, food very nice.

Helpful staff. Really clean room and bathroom. Only short walk to city centre. Overall, very nice stay. Would recommend this hotel to Firenze visitors.

Very clean. Bathroom seemed new and sparkling. Great location near the station but quiet. Receptionist Nicole was very welcoming and friendly.

Hotel is close to train and bus stations. And is around a corner from so many restaurants and bars. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was good value for 10 euro. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Everything is impeccable, and the location is super close to everywhere. The gracious old gentleman at the front desk is exceptionally kind and helpful. My english is a little rusty , but he has been exceptionally patient and gracious towards us. Guide us in the appropriate direction to all the attractions. We appreciate the clearly marked map and the value-for-money restaurants you kindly recommend. They are fantastic. The building is somewhat aged, but the bed and facilities are impeccably clean and comfortable. We had a delightful stay there. Thanks again.

Wonderful backyard balcony with chairs and a bench facing west (pleasant on a late September afternoon).

What we liked most were the owners, who made us feel really welcome. While being in walking distance of every landmark in Florence, the room we stayed in at hotel Merlini was also quiet and had a great view. The size of the room is generous (not to say that for a hotel this size it is a huge room).

Very clean, comfortable. I also had a private toilet/bathroom in my mixed room for 4 people.

The host was really sweet and very attentive to us by ensuring that we had a comfortable and secure stay in Florence!! One of my favorite locations and really close to the center!!
