Very charming, comfortable and excellent location for exploring the historical center.

Next to train station for aiport and next to mercato and old town.Very friendly stuff, kept my luggage after check out for a last walk. Big ,clean and spacious room, very good price.

The service provided was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The architecture of the building is beautiful, with rooms that include a small terrace.

The hotel is located at the very heart of Palermo city center. Within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach all the important monuments. The rooms are recently renovated and the bathroom is just excellent. The breakfast is very rich in a cosy restaurant at the ground floor. All these are easy to figure out from the map and by studying all the photos and info included in the various reviews. What might be harder to spot is the staff of the hotel that places heart and soul to make your stay truly memorable. I felt as if they already knew all my habits - always anticipating my needs. This took me completely by surprise.

Great location right in the city center, surrounded by many excellent restaurants and lively atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, respectful of our privacy, and always made sure everything was clean and well prepared. She regularly offered to clean the room and change the towels if needed, but what we appreciated most was that she never entered the room without asking us first and always checked if we needed anything. The room was very comfortable, and having access to a kitchen and refrigerator was very convenient. The host also recommended a great restaurant, which we really enjoyed. The terrace and the view over the city were absolutely exceptional and truly made the stay even more special.

It is an old, simple hotel with soul and lovely staff. In the old city, just outside the door, is the lively market that operates every day.

If there is a nicer apartment in Palermo I'd love to see it. This place is absolutely beautiful. On top of it being very central it is beautifully designed.. Entry is by key code for main and apartment doors, through a courtyard just off the main street. Fantastic shower. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Brendan an Deirdre Ireland

The staff is excelente! They are super friendly and professional. The location is just perfect, well connected and the street in from of the hotel is vibrant and busy until late.

There were no sheets on the bed. We had to make our own bed

A fantastic boutique hotel in an excellent location in the old city of Palermo. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and an excellent breakfast was served. A very comfortable room , with separate lounge and roof terrace. Secure parking only a short walk away. Would thoroughly recommend.

Perfect for a stay in Palermo! Within walking distance to restaurants, the cathedral, quatro canti and the markets. Fantastically designed interior, great bar on rooftop, very kibd staff.
