We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Casa Nostra is located in the heart of the city, few meters away from Massimo Theatre. The junior suite are excellent in every way, the staff and the team are very helpful and very warm. The garden is really magnificent, it is very pleasant to take your breakfast outside on the terrace. We'll definitely come back.

So stylish and cozy hotel, small but everything is quite decently made. Location is perfect, every tourist attraction within walking distance. Communication through WhatsApp, everything explained well, they also offered transfer to/from airport and other benefits. They have beautiful patio inside the hotel with tiny swimming pool and you can have breakfast/dinner there. Restaurant Lumia which belong to the hotel is quite expensive but good food served. Breakfast is one of the best we had in long time, nice buffet with all the pastries and different ham, salami or cheese. Also, you can order other dishes such as eggs Benedict with salmon/bacon/spinach or any other types of cooked eggs. They also cook crepes which were mouth watering. They do not have their own parking, but they offered us to park at the nearest parking garage (13€ day), only 500 meters walk from hotel.

Walking distance to everything

Everything was perfect, the neighbourhood was great, breakfast had nice choices.

The room turned out to be spacious and cozy. I’d especially like to mention the reception staff — they were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help.

Perfect location in Palmero, just a few minutes walk from everything. Great linens and comfortable bed. And a lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

I got a room with very bad Air Conditioning, but as soon as i requested to change the room, they did straight away. Thanks to the staff.

We had a phenomenal stay! The accommodation is new, beautiful, and located right in the city center, on a pedestrian street surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. Lidl is also nearby, and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. They kindly arranged for us to check in earlier than the standard check-in time, which we really appreciated. There was a small water stain on the wall, but there was absolutely no smell of dampness or moisture, and it did not bother us at all. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The host and his team were also very attentive and thoughtful. They checked with us several times to see if we needed cleaning or fresh towels. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff is excelente! They are super friendly and professional. The location is just perfect, well connected and the street in from of the hotel is vibrant and busy until late.

There were no sheets on the bed. We had to make our own bed

very clean, pleasant smell in the hotel and room, which is very important to me. Breakfast is standard - coffee and croissant. but the service of the girl at the reception is a different story. I have not seen this in the best hotels. This is a VIP service. it's like you're in a sail hotel in Dubai. For her sake I would return to this hotel 100%

Absolutely stunning location and small hotel!! In the mid of the action within 100 meters, but 100 meters ways enough, so that it's quite and safe. Loved it! The team organized a mini-van transfer for us from the airport and back and everything was very reliable. Book it you won't regret it :)

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the reception staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed, from recommendations about the city and restaurant suggestions to practical advice on how to get around and the best times to visit different places. Every recommendation they gave us was excellent. No matter what questions we had, they were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The building has a charming, authentic Italian atmosphere and reminded us of a traditional Italian villa or palace, with elegant interiors and plenty of character. The location is another major advantage. It is right in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian area, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo.
